On June 27, Jim will perform at Toronto’s Roy Thompson Hall for #BackFortMac – a benefit concert in support of the citizens of Fort McMurray. All proceeds will go directly to the Canadian Red Cross Alberta Fires Appeal.
The Devin Cuddy Band, Lovelocks, Colin Mochrie and many more great Canadian artists will also participate in this special event. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 3.
Jim has teamed up with Tawse Winery to develop their newest brand, Cuddy by Tawse! This new label was born from a longstanding partnership between Jim Cuddy and the winery, and a desire to fuse his two passions: music and wine.
“After many years of drinking great wine, it’s been my good fortune to work with Tawse and actually create some,” says Cuddy of the first release that includes a Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot blend. “I’m very proud of the two new Cuddy Wine varietals we are presenting and hope that people enjoy tasting the wine as much as we enjoyed making it.”

The Jim Cuddy Band will head to Edmonton, AB on Friday, May 27 for the Benefit for Full Day Kindergarten presented by Riverbend Junior High School. Tickets can be purchased here for the event which takes place at the Citadel Theatre.
Riverbend School has chosen to support the Edmonton Public Schools Foundation and its priority of providing full-day Kindergarten programs for socially vulnerable children. The building blocks for learning happens in the Kindergarten classroom and an entire day of learning will help these children as they get ready for Grade 1 and life.

n June 2, Jim will join John Mann (Spirit of the West) for a few songs at Toronto’s Horseshoe Tavern for The Spirit of John, a benefit concert in support of the Alzheimer Society’s Music Project. The Alzheimer Society’s Music Project provides personalized playlists and iPods for people living with dementia in Toronto. Concert-goers will be participating in the first ever Fund A Need, which aims to raise enough money to supply iPods for a month!
The Jim Cuddy Band have added a new show to their tour schedule for August 5 in Shelburne, ON at the Heritage Music Festival! The event takes place at the Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex.
